F-Cube is primarily a personal organisation, expense tracking, record-keeping, and life planning tool. It is not a bank, payment processor, financial advisor, or investment platform. F-Cube helps you record and organise financial information, but it does not process, hold, or transfer actual money.

F-Cube is available on the web and as a mobile app. You can access your account on any modern browser or on your iOS or Android device. Your data stays in sync across all your devices automatically.

A Circle is a shared space in F-Cube where a group of trusted people — such as family members, housemates, or close friends — can collaborate, track shared expenses, manage responsibilities, and stay aligned on shared plans. You control who joins your Circle and what they can access.

Only authenticated members of the same Circle can view that Circle's data. F-Cube uses role-based access controls so you can decide what each member can see, edit, approve, or manage. Data from one Circle is never visible to members of a different Circle.

Yes. You can be a member of multiple Circles at the same time. For example, you might have one Circle for your household, another for a close friend group, and another for a shared project. Each Circle is separate and its data stays isolated from the others.

You can invite someone to your Circle by sending them an invitation link or QR code from within the Circle settings. The invited person will need to create or log into their F-Cube account to join. You remain in control of who has access to your Circle at all times.

Yes. F-Cube uses role-based access within Circles. As the Circle creator or admin, you can assign roles that define what each member can view, edit, approve, or manage. This keeps you in control of your Circle's data and decisions.

If you leave a Circle, you will no longer have access to that Circle's data, shared expenses, or documents. Data you contributed to the Circle may remain visible to other Circle members depending on the Circle settings. You can always create or join new Circles.

You can add expenses within a Circle, assign who paid, and split the cost among members using various methods — equal split, percentage, custom amounts, or by shares. F-Cube keeps a running record of who owes what, making it easy to see balances at any time.

No. F-Cube does not transfer, process, or hold actual money. F-Cube is a record-keeping and tracking tool. When a settlement is marked in F-Cube, it is an acknowledgement that a real-world payment has taken place outside the app. All actual money transfers happen independently, outside of F-Cube.

A settlement in F-Cube is a recorded acknowledgement that a balance between Circle members has been resolved. When you mark a settlement, you are recording that the actual payment happened outside the app — via cash, bank transfer, or any other method. F-Cube tracks this record but does not process any money.

Yes. F-Cube supports multiple split methods: equal split, percentage-based split, custom amount split, and share-based split. You can choose the method that best fits the situation when adding an expense within your Circle.

No. F-Cube does not connect to, access, or integrate with any bank account, credit card, or payment system. All expenses are entered manually by users. F-Cube is a standalone record-keeping tool, not a financial data aggregator.

No. F-Cube is not a payment app, e-wallet, digital wallet, or money transfer service. It does not hold funds, process payments, or facilitate actual financial transactions. F-Cube helps you record, organise, and track shared expenses — the actual payments always happen outside the app.

Unsettled balances remain recorded in F-Cube until they are manually marked as settled by the relevant Circle members. F-Cube does not automatically collect, charge, or follow up on outstanding balances. The responsibility for resolving real-world payments lies entirely with the users involved.
